Kyrönniemenkuja 9, also known as Kyrönkukka, is located on the east side of the city in Kyrönniemi, a very quiet place where traffic does not disturb. The distance to the city center is about 3 kilometers.
Each apartment has a private balcony and some have a view of Lake Saimaa.
Almost next door is one of Finland's most famous buildings, Olavinlinna. There is also a sports field and a beach near by. The area is well suited for families with children also.

Pets are allowed in all of our apartments.

Deposit money 0 €.
If the applicant has credit records the deposit can be as much as the amount of 1-3 months' rent.

Electricity contract
Electricity is included in the rent.

Water advance or payment
Water is included in the rent.

There are no washing machines in the apartments, but the building has a laundry room and the use of it is included in the rent. Apartments do not have washing machine connections.
In connection with the house sauna, there is a cozy cooling room called Vilpola.
Private parking lot, where you can rent a parking space with a heating pole for 10 € / month / parking space. You can use the parking lot only if you have reserved your own parking space.
Heating costs are included in the rent.
Indoor smoking is prohibited. Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
