Deposit money
170 € / 1-2 room apartments
260 € / 3 room or bigger apartments
If the applicant has credit records the deposit can be as much as the amount of 1-3 months' rent.

The resident enters into an electricity contract for the rented apartment. You can enter into an electricity contract with the electricity company of your choice.

Water advance or payment
In addition to the rent, we charge a monthly water payment according the amount of residents.

This property has its own parking lot. All residents have their own parking spaces with a heating pole, according to their apartment number. We do not charge a separate parking fee. Electricity taken from the heating pole will be charged in your apartment’s electrical bill.
There are no dishwashers or laundry washing machines in the apartments.
Indoor smoking is prohibited. Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
