Pihlajavedentie 9 is located in Hernemäki. Hernemäki is a quiet and green residential area with good outdoor sports opportunities. The Talvisalo running track and indoor ice rink are within walking distance. Hernemäki also has the Savonlinna main health center and central hospital.

Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace.

Pets are allowed in all of our apartments.

Deposit money
170 € / 1-2 room apartments
260 € / 3 room or bigger apartments
If the applicant has credit records the deposit can be as much as the amount of 1-3 months' rent.

Electricity contract
The resident enters into an electricity contract for the rented apartment. You can enter into an electricity contract with the electricity company of your choice.

Water advance or payment
In addition to the rent, we charge a monthly advance for water according to the square meters of the apartment. Water meters are read twice a year.

This property has its own parking lot, where you can rent a parking space with a heating pole for 10 € / month / parking space.
There are no dishwashers or laundry washing machines in the apartments.
There is a laundry room, and the use of it is included in the rent.
Indoor smoking is prohibited. Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
