Kuusniementie 13-15 is located in Pihlajaniemi, about five kilometers from the city center. Although Pihlajaniemi is not located in the city center, everything you need can be found nearby. There are good opportunities for jogging in Pihlajaniemi, not to mention the beautiful lake scenery. Kindergarten, school and shop are located nearby.

Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace.

Pets are allowed in all of our apartments.

Deposit money
170 € / 1-2 room apartments
260 € / 3 room or bigger apartments
If the applicant has credit records the deposit can be as much as the amount of 1-3 months' rent.

Electricity contract
The resident enters into an electricity contract for the rented apartment. You can enter into an electricity contract with the electricity company of your choice.

Water advance or payment
In addition to the rent, we charge a monthly advance for water according to the square meters of the apartment. Water meters are read twice a year.

This property has its own parking lot, where you can rent a parking space with a heating pole.
There are no dishwashers or laundry washing machines in the apartments.
There is a laundry room and the use of it is included in the rent. The laundry room is shared by the residents of Kuusniementie 13-15 and 17.
Indoor smoking is prohibited. Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
