Kangasvuokontie 17 is located in Haka-alue, about 4,5 kilometers from the city center. You can easily get to the city center by bus and the nearest shops are in a walking distance. There is a kindergarten and a school nearby. It is also not a long way to a vocational school.

Each apartment has its own balcony and sauna.

Pets are allowed in all of our apartments.

Deposit money
170 € / 1-2 room apartments
260 € / 3 room or bigger apartments
If the applicant has credit records the deposit can be as much as the amount of 1-3 months' rent.

Electricity contract
The resident enters into an electricity contract for the rented apartment. You can enter into an electricity contract with the electricity company of your choice.

Water advance or payment
In addition to the rent, we charge a monthly advance for water according to the square meters of the apartment. Water meters are read twice a year.

This property has its own parking lot, where you can rent a parking space with a heating pole for 10 € / month / parking space.
There are no dishwashers or laundry washing machines in the apartments.
There is a laundry room in Kangasvuokontie 15 building, and the use of it is included in the rent. The laundry room is shared by the residents of Kangasvuokontie 15 and 17.
Indoor smoking is prohibited. Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
