Kyrönniemenkuja 5 is located on the east side of the city in Kyrönniemi, in a very quiet place, where traffic doesn’t disturb you. There is a sports field and a beach nearby. Kyrönniemi also has a marina.

Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace.

Pets are allowed in all of our apartments.

Deposit money
170 € / 1-2 room apartments
260 € / 3 room or bigger apartments
If the applicant has credit records the deposit can be as much as the amount of 1-3 months' rent.

Electricity contract
The resident enters into an electricity contract for the rented apartment. You can enter into an electricity contract with the electricity company of your choice.

Water advance or payment
Water is included in rent.

This property has its own parking lot, where you can rent a parking space with a heating pole for 10 € / month / parking space.
There are no dishwashers or laundry washing machines in the apartments.
