Kangasvuokontie 4 is located in Haka-alue, about 4,5 kilometers from the city center. You can easily get to the city center by bus and the nearest shops are in a walking distance. There is a kindergarten and a school nearby. It is also not a long way to a vocational school.

This residence is especially intended for the elderly and for those with mobility challenges. There is barrier-free access to the apartments and each stairway has its own elevator. There are 76 apartments and a lot of common spaces.

Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace.

Pets are allowed in all of our apartments. In this residence pets are allowed in stairways C and D.

Deposit money
170 € / 1-2 room apartments
260 € / 3 room or bigger apartments
If the applicant has credit records the deposit can be as much as the amount of 1-3 months' rent.

Electricity contract
The resident enters into an electricity contract for the rented apartment. You can enter into an electricity contract with the electricity company of your choice.

Water advance or payment
Water is included in rent.

There are no dishwashers or laundry washing machines in the apartments. Apartments in stairway D have laundry washing machine connections.

Indoor smoking is prohibited. Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
