Everlahdentie 56 is located in Kellarpelto, about six kilometers from the city center. Although Kellarpelto is not located in the city center, everything you need can be found nearby. The area has its own kindergarten, school and shop. There are good opportunities for hobbies in Kellarpelto. In the area there is a lighted jogging track and a dog park. In the sports hall next to the school, you can play, for example, tennis, floorball and badminton.

Each apartment has its own sauna.

Deposit money
170 € / 1-2 room apartments
260 € / 3 room or bigger apartments
If the applicant has credit records the deposit can be as much as the amount of 1-3 months' rent.

Electricity contract
The resident enters into an electricity contract for the rented apartment. You can enter into an electricity contract with the electricity company of your choice.

Water advance or payment
In addition to the rent, we charge a monthly advance for water according to the square meters of the apartment. Water meters are read twice a year.
