Pihlajavedenkuja 6, also known as Malakias 1, is located in Hernemäki, within walking distance of most educational institutions. Hernemäki is a quiet and green residential area just a couple of kilometers from the center of Savonlinna. There are good outdoor sports opportunities in Hernemäki. The Talvisalo running track and indoor ice rink are within walking distance. Hernemäki also has the Savonlinna main health center and central hospital.

Pets are allowed in all of our apartments.

If the applicant has credit records the deposit can be as much as the amount of 1-3 months' rent.

Private parking lot, where you can rent a parking space with a heating pole for 10 € / month / parking space. You can use the parking lot only if you have reserved your own parking space. Malakias 1 (Pihlajavedenkuja 6) and Malakias 2 (Pihlajavedenpolku 5) have a common parking space in the yard of Malakias 2.
Heating costs are included in the rent.
There are no washing machines in the apartments, but the building has a laundry room and the use of it is included in the rent. Apartments do not have washing machine connections. Malakias 1 (Pihlajavedenkuja 6) and Malakias 2 (Pihlajavedenpolku 5) have a common laundry room in Malakias 1 building. Residents of both buildings have access to the laundry room with their own apartment keys.
Indoor smoking is prohibited. Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
