Kaikuvuorenkatu 10, also known as Malakias 7, is located in the city center, but still in its own peace. You can find all the services of the city center within walking distance, and there are also good outdoor sports opportunities nearby, as the Talvisalo running track and the indoor ice rink are close by.

In this residence, each apartment has its own balcony.

Pets are allowed in all of our apartments.

Deposit money 0 €.
If the applicant has credit records the deposit can be as much as the amount of 1-3 months' rent.

Private parking lot, where you can rent a parking space with a heating pole for 10 € / month / parking space. You can use the parking lot only if you have reserved your own parking space.

There are no washing machines in the apartments, but the building has a laundry room and the use of it is included in the rent.
Indoor smoking is prohibited. Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
